She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Earl Hornday (42 years of marriage), daughter; Michelle Rene Hornaday Rawls, father; Joseph Lobue, mother; Isabel Lobue, brothers; Vincent, Joe and Harold Lobue (Effie) and (Gayle). She was born in New Orleans on March 10, 1929; attended Berman High School and worked at Elmers Candy Company in the 40's.
She is survived by daughters, Kathleen Ann Lambert Watson (Charlie), Deborah Lee Hornaday Beasley. Grandchildren; Mellisa Cross, CJ Watson (Olga) and Chris Watson (Sheri), Tabitha Rawls and Elise Beasley. Great-Grand's, Blake Bleish (Lytia), Mike Hodge, Cassandra Watson, Austin Watson, Emilia Watson and Jessie Virgina Watson. Great-Great Grand's; Kamryn Bleish and Bentley Bleish.
Ginny traveled the world with her family during their Air Force adventures and made many friends where ever she went. She was a loving mother, an avid bowler, homemaker, seamstress, needle work, gardener, great cook, enjoyed traveling and the casino. She was a good wife and mother. She will be dearly missed by her family and nephews, Michael Lobue (Laurie) and Donald Lobue (Robin).
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Alabama Heritage Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, May 4, 2015. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
