Jackie was born July 8, 1949, in Waco to Ralph and Janell (Cross) Martin.
A jovial spirit, quick wit, and kind and caring soul, "Downtown Jackie Brown" was loved by so many and literally "never met a stranger". She loved music, dancing, socializing, with her family and friends. Always the life of the party, she possessed a spirit that just attracted folks and immediately brightened their day. Anyone who spent any amount of time with her has at least one "Jackie Brown story" that will remain, fondly, in their hearts.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Brandon Brown; brother, Pete Martin; sisters-in-law, Debbie Martin and Linda Martin; and great-nephew, Cooper Martin.
Survivors include son, Brian Brown and wife Leann; grandchildren, Bryce Brown and wife Brittany, Bret Brown, Hayden Brown, Hannah Parker and husband Josh, Braden Brown, Blake Brown, and Brody Brown; great-grandchildren, Addalyn, Sophie, Landry, Hudson, Kirby, and Piper; sister, Julie Nesrsta, and Ed Nesrsta; brothers, Richard Martin, and Gary Martin; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and countless friends and her sweet little sidekick, Harley.
