Parish of Sackville, Westmorland County, Yeoman. Will dated 1 November 1828, proved 20 November 1828. Sons Obadiah AYER and Grafton AYER the farm on which I reside, containing 15 acres, and one-third of 150-acre lot adjoining, purchased of William CRANE and Charles F. ALLISON. Son William Read AYER £4 at age 21. Daughter Nancy a bed, bedding, curtains, a finger ring and a pair of ear rings which formerly belonged to her mother. Daughters Lucretia AYER and Ariminta AYER each £10 at age 21. Wife Jerusha to have the use and profit from all real estate until youngest son, Grafton AYER, attains age 21. Father-in-law Samuel HICKS guardian of my children, Obadiah, Grafton, Lucretia and Ariminta, during their minorities. Samuel HICKS and William CRANE Esq. executors. Witnesses: Charles F.
