SALINA - Susan Ravenkamp Jamison, 93, passed away Saturday, May 1, 2021. She was born August 7, 1927 in Offerle, KS to Nicholas and Barbara Snider.

Susan was known best for her unconditional love and kindness for not only her own family but for anyone that came into her life. As a mother of nine children, she was always there to provide them with love, support and strong faith in God.

Her family always enjoyed her famous fried chicken and delicious homemade pies. She exemplified the Golden Rule and spent many hours volunteering for different Salina organizations. Susan was a pioneer and strong supporter of the Salina Al-Anon group. Her sense of humor and sweet appreciative spirit will be missed by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing and loving her.

Susan was preceded in death by her parents; four sisters; four brothers; husbands, John Ravenkamp Sr. and Plemma Jamison; daughters, Mary Miller, Linda Ingram; son, John Ravenkamp Jr.; grandsons, Judson Eisenhauer, Zachary Ingram, Richard Wright; and sons-in-law, Marion Miller and Lonnie Albertson.

She leaves her son, James Ravenkamp (Patricia) of Salina; daughters, Marjorie Albertson of Lee's Summit, Cindy Eisenhauer (Rob) of Pratt, Judy Larsen of Lincoln, Teresa Pearson (Roger) of Ellsworth, Ann Nowlin (Ken) of Salina; brother, Richard Snider (Jessie) of Hiawatha; 20 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be at 6 p.m. with a Rosary and Vigil service at 7 p.m. Tuesday, May 4, 2021 at Ryan Mortuary, Salina. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, May 5, 2021 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Catholic Cemetery, Salina.
