When we first got Midnite, he was this tiny ball of coal Black fluff with gold/green eyes. He soon grew into this huge adittudinal male . HE was famous for his holding a grudge usually against me, even if I wasn't the one who did it. One of his favorite places to be was in the bathroom sink, I can't tell you how many people he startled with that one.
He was also quite a trickster himself,one night when I went out he some how managed to spider web a ball of yarn around the legs of chairs so that when I walked in not paying attention I tripped and fell flat on my face, Many of my friends fell out laughing at that one. Especially Rev.Dr.Mary,my closest friend.
He was very special in many ways he could sense my moods and when I was sick he was there to cuddle, he was a cuddley type of cat. If he liked you he was there in your lap, if not, no amount of of treats or other gestures would get him near you more likely to get you a snip.
We finally had him sent to Kitty Heaven because as soon as we could get one infection cleared he would come down with an other urinary infection and the Vet said he was suffering,and I just could not let that go on.
I have played Foster Mommy to many cats over the years and none were like him. But I believe he is back, In the form of my current cat Lady Empress Ravyn Kitty, she has so many of his attributes and seems bonded to me at the hip.
I believe this because she came to me when I dearly needed comfort, it is his way of sayin I am still here Mom.
