Carpenter from Great Wenham, Suffolk, who came to Massachusetts Bay in 1635 & settled in Charlestown. Died in Charlestown MA, 21 May 1664 ("Stephen Fosdick of Charlestowne, carpenter").
Married (1) at Hadleigh, Suffolk, 10 Jun 1612, Anna Harre. They had six children: Hannah Tingley Barrett, Samuel, Martha Holden, Thomas, John & Marah Webb.
(2) by an unknown date, but probably in the late 1620s, Sarah ____, perhaps sister of John Wetherell.
