She was married on August 25, 1951 at Fort Francis E Warren in Laramie, Wyoming to John Clarence Streator Jr (29 May 1930– ), the son of John Clarence Streator Sr (13 Dec 1907–6 Jul 1994) and Helen Gertrude (Howse) Streator (27 Feb 1912–28 Jul 2002). {John Sr and Helen were married in Sumner County on March 22, 1930.}
In Nashville, Davidson County, Tennessee, Wilma was 86 and married when she died May 11, 2021.
Survivors included her husband John, two daughters, seven grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, two nieces, two nephews, three grandnieces and four grandnephews.
Funeral Services were held at Smith Funeral Directors on Monroe Avenue in Nashville, and burial was in Middle Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery, with the pastor of Temple Church officiating.
