Maggie was a black Labrador retriever trained as a puppy to help her master in duck hunting along with other dogs of her pack. At age 8 she was retired and adopted by her new "dog Dad" Timothy Svea. She was a beloved companion and best friend. She survived cancer and other health issues but passed away peacefully at home at age 14 ( an average life span for her breed). She is sorely missed. She was a good dog.
