Funeral services for Elizabeth (Thibodeaux) Allison will be held on Saturday, May 6, 2017 at 11:00 A. M. at St. Mathilda Catholic Church in Eunice, LA. Visitation will be observed on Friday, May 5, 2017 from 5:00 P. M. until 10:00 P. M. at Bishop Ceasar Hall in Eunice, LA.
Burial will be in St. Mathilda Catholic Church Cemetery. Father Henry Broussard will officiate the funeral mass.
On Wednesday, April 26, 2017, Gabriel sounded his trumpet, summoning the Angels of the Lord to journey to Eunice Manor in Eunice, LA with God's instructions to escort Elizabeth to her eternal home. God, in His infinite wisdom, has seen fit to call Liz from our midst. We pause in humble submission to His will and pause to reflect on the life of Elizabeth.
Filled with empty wells of loneliness will be: three daughters: Sandra Guillory, Leta Guillory and Stephanie (John) Prudhomme; five sons: Shelton Guillory, Jr., John Jacob Guillory, Kevin Williams, Joseph Farrell Allison and James Tracy Allison; her mother: Hester Thibodeaux; nine brothers: Manuel (Louvanna) Thibodeaux, John Lamson (Cathy) Thibodeaux, John Grady (Gilda) Thibodeaux, Joseph Rogers Thibodeaux, John Gerald (Sadie) Thibodeaux, Joseph Clarin (Catherine) Thibodeaux, Joseph Clifton Thibodeaux, Marshall A. (Loretha) Thibodeaux, Kirby David (Faith) Thibodeaux, two sisters: Jacqueline Thibodeaux and Dr. Delores Thibodeaux; sixteen grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Anxiously awaiting her arrival in heaven is her father, Ashton Thibodeaux and her brother, Lincoln Thibodeaux.
