Lucille H. Belcher, 85, of Bristol, Tenn., died Monday, Sept. 24, 2001, at home. She was born in Buskirk, Ky., and had resided in Richlands and had been a resident of Bristol, Tenn., for the past 30 years. She was a member of St. Luke's United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ransey Lee Belcher; son, Dale S. Belcher; and daughters, Norma Jean See and Wanda Lee Boyle. Mrs. Belcher is survived by one daughter, Sue B. Huffard, Bristol, Tenn.; one son, William G. Belcher of Elizabethton, Tenn.; one sister, Dent Todd of Birmingham, Ala.; 12 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 27, 2001, at Greenhills Memory Gardens in Claypool Hill, Va., with Dr. George Rawn officiating. There will be no visitation or viewing at the funeral home.
