1914 ~ OBITUARY From Pauls Valley Newspaper: FOR HER SISTER: Mrs. Caroline Turner, widow of the late Fielding Turner, died at 9 o'clock Wednesday night, at the family residence, 210 South Jefferson Street, after a long illness. The deceased was 84 years of age and a native of Sumter County, but had resided in Mobile for the last 54 years. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs M. J Cahall, two sons, James W. turner of Memphis, Tenn., and John H Turner of Lane, Miss., one sister Mrs. Margaret Watson of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma. Sixteen grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and other relatives – Mobile, Alabama.
