Robyn Denise (Robison) Ryan, 59, of Hominy, Oklahoma passed away on Saturday, May 29, 2021.

Robyn was born on May 25, 1962 in El Paso, Texas and was adopted at 3 days old by parents Carl and Martha Joyce (Cable) Robison. Their family started out in Farmington, New Mexico and moved to Eunice, New Mexico. By the age of 3 years old, the family moved to Hominy, Oklahoma where she spent the rest of her life living.

Robyn graduated in 1980 from Hominy High School. On November 22, 1996, she married the love of her life Timmy Alan Ryan.

Robyn worked for the First National Bank in Hominy, Oklahoma for 36 years. She joined ESA and pledged to the Epsilon Kappa Sorority in Hominy on October 1, 1986 and was the treasurer. She started her Presidency in 2020. She held offices at district and state levels and participated in skits. Robyn was active in the Chamber of Commerce in Hominy since 2006. She was also on committees for Neighbor Watch, Resident Organizations and Economic Development. Robyn was also a member at the First Baptist Church in Hominy, Oklahoma.

Robyn had a passion for taking pictures. She loved her flower gardens, butterflies and her favorite color was purple. She also was a music lover and collector of glass antiques. She was known for her infectious smile, and her kind and compassionate spirit. She was always positive about everything.

Robyn is survived by: husband, Tim Ryan; brother, Carl (Clay) Robison of Hominy, Oklahoma

Robyn is preceded in death by: parents, Carl and Joyce Robison.

Visitation will be from 9:00AM-5:00PM, Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at Powell Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will also be held from 9:00AM-8:00PM, Thursday, June 3, 2021 at Powell Funeral Home Chapel. Services for Robyn will be at 10:00AM, Friday, June 4, 2021 at the First Baptist Church in Hominy, Oklahoma with Pastor Mark Formby officiating. Burial will follow services at A.J. Powell Memorial Cemetery in Hominy, Oklahoma. Pallbearers will be: Brad Butler, Ricky Hudson, Garrett Haiflich, Chuck Spurgeon, Craig Roe, Reuben DeRoin.
