Mrs. Quin was a nurse for 28 years. She retired in 1999 from Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center. She also owned and operated Quin's Dairy. She graduated from the Pike County Agricultural High School, now Southwest Mississippi Community College, and from the McComb Infirmary. She was a lifetime member of West McComb Baptist Church and the Clarice Moore Sunday School Class.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John W. Wolbrecht and Cora H. Wolbrecht; one sister, Lola Mae Case; her previous husband, Oliver "Roe" Quin; a great-grandson, Conner Preston Bradberry; and a nephew, John Henry Wolbrecht.
She was survived by two sons, James M. Quin, and Samuel L. Quin and wife Wanda, all of McComb; two daughters, Deborah Quin Bradberry and husband Tony of Summit, and Dawn Quin Brumfield and husband Mark of Dixie Springs; a stepdaughter, Rosemary Quin Holmes of Byram; a stepsister, Joline Dorman of Jackson; 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
