Rose Aberle Huette, 87, passed away peacefully on Monday, June 3rd, 2019 at Eureka Apostolic nursing home in Eureka, Illinois where she had been a resident for over two years.

Rose was born on February 4th, 1932 in Chatsworth, Illinois to Carl and Lydia Aberle. One of 10 children she was raised on the family farm southeast of Chatsworth and graduated high school in Piper City. She married John Huette on December 7th, 1952.

She is survived by her son, Calvin Huette and daughter, Lisa Huette - Edwards both of California; grandson, Dustin, Koby Edwards, two sisters, Anna Maurer and Lois Fisher and her very special friend, Chris Boose.

Rose was proceeded in death by her parents, daughter, Christie Ann; brothers Elmer, William, Reuben, Harold and Ezra; sisters, Elizabeth Culkin and Leota Byrd.

Visitation will be held 12:30-2:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 9th, 2019 at the Apostolic Christian Church, 4408 E. Raab Rd, Towanda, IL. 61776. Services will be at 2:00 p.m. at the church with pastors of the church officiating. Burial will be in the Apostolic Christian Cemetery. Kibler-Brady-Ruestman Memorial Home in Bloomington is assisting the family with arrangements.

Rose will be deeply missed by all that knew her. She lived a simple life of faith and trust in God. Never feeling she accomplished anything special. What she did was truly amazing, she loved and loved deeply, sincerely with grace, compassion, forgiveness, selflessness and tenderness. A person left her company feeling treasured! Always reading and trusting Gods words and his plan for her.
