Jesup – Elizabeth Abbott, 69, died Monday, June 14, 2021, at her home under the care of her family and Your Family Hospice. Born in Somerset, IN, she lived most of her life in Wayne County. She was a homemaker, loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister, who enjoyed sewing, crafts, and artwork. She was Baptist by faith.

Survivors are her daughters and son-in-law, Tammy Flynn and Sondra and Benjamin Woodcock of Jesup; sons and daughters-in-law, Tony and Telena Flynn of Jesup and Rondall and April Flynn of Memphis, TN; sisters, Nancy Himes of Odum and Cecelia Holland of Florida; brother and sister-in-law, Bill and Betty Holland of Winchester, KY; twelve grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be Wednesday, June 16 at 10 AM at Odessa Cemetery in Jesup.

The family will receive friends at the cemetery.

Pallbearers will be grandchildren.
