"Mrs. Kate Ackerman, sixty-seven, wife of George H. Ackerman, died Thursday morning at 12:30 at her home, 347 West King street, of a complication of diseases. She was a consistent member of Christ Lutheran church and active in all its societies until her recent illness. Besides her husband, she is survived by the following children: Howard, Elizabeth, wife of William E. Morton, and Helen, wife of J.S. Posey, all of this city; also three grandchildren, her mother and father, Mr. and Mrs. John Zeller who resided with her, and the following brothers and sisters: Mrs. William Dean, Mrs. Howard Karer, Mrs. Edward Hess of this city; George and John Zellers, of Harrisburg."
