Ellen Hughes Magalian, devoted wife to the late Paul Magalian. Ellen was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Born in Marietta, Miss., she often said she had outlived all of her brothers, sisters, and most of her friends and was simply dying of old age.
She is survived by daughter Cynthia Magalian Tupler (Glen) and sons Charles John Magalian (Cate) and Paul Douglas Magalian (Lisa), and by grandchildren Jennifer, Natalie, and Laken and four great-grandchildren.
Ellen was a Registered Nurse, Officer in the Army Reserves, resident of Coral Gables and Church of the Epiphany parishioner. Her family is comforted in the knowledge that Ellen and Paul are reunited for all eternity.
Visitation will be held 6-8 pm Tues. at Stanfield Funeral Home, and a brief gravesite service at 10 am Wed. at Miami Memorial Park.
