Gerald "Dee" Manley, age 98, of Atlanta, Texas, went to be with the Lord, Tuesday, July 13, 2021 in a Texarkana, Texas hospital. He was born on April 26, 1923 in Queen City, Texas to Leander and Lucy Brown Manley.
Dee was a Marine and a WWII veteran. He was member of First Baptist Church Queen City and was an avid fisherman.

He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Marjell Manley; and all twelve of his siblings.

Dee is survived by his wife, Rosemary Manley of Atlanta, Texas; two step sons; Guy Fielder and wife Lisa of Midland, Texas, Martin Fielder and wife Sherry of Silsby, Texas; four grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends.

Graveside services will be at 10:00 am, Monday, July 19, 2021 at Bethlehem Cemetery, Douglassville, Texas, under the direction of Hanner Funeral Service, with Bro. Billy Rex Sheets officiating.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis TN 38105
