Mrs. Nettie May Miracle, 601 19th St., Vienna, died yesterday at 3 p.m. at the Kelley Nursing Home on Pike St. after a lingering illness.
She was born Oct. 27, 1887, at Lubeck, Wood county, a daughter of the late David and Sarah Spencer Sams and was preceded in death Dec. 26, 1953, by her husband, Clyde F. Miracle. She was a member of the Pine Grove Baptist church for a number of years.
Survivors include five sons, Emmett H., W. Frank, Elmer F., Clyde O., and Herbert H. Miracle, all of Parkersburg; two daughters, Mrs. Isa M. Waggoner, Vienna and Mrs. Mary E. Harper, Columbus, O.; four brothers, Henry Sams, Lubeck, Lafe Sams, Ravenswood, Jesse Sams and Leon Sams, both of Parkersburg a sister, Mrs. Georgia McCowin, East Liverpool, O., 22 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Services will be held Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. at the Shaver and Co. funeral home with the Rev. Harold Lemley officiating. Burial will be in Bethel cemetery at Lubeck.
