Mrs. Elizabeth A. Hommel, aged 36 years, died at St. Josephs Hospital yesterday afternoon following an operation for appendicitis performed Saturday. The deceased is survived by her husband, Edward Hommel, three children, Carlton, Edward and Charlotte Hommel; two sisters, Mrs. G. S. Scott, Miss Daisy A. Loos, and her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Conrad Loos. The funeral will be held privately from her home, No. 704 McBride street, to-morrow afternoon at 3 o'clock. Mrs. Hommel was a member of one of the oldest German families of the city and of the First Reformed Church. Friends may call between 7 and 9 o'clock to-night and 10 o'clock and noon to-morrow.
