She was the daughter of Lawrence Bearden and Vallie R. (West) Sandlin and first married Rufus King Locker - 07 Sep 1942 - Lincoln Co., Tennessee. After his death in World War II, she married William Beeks Sears - 17 Aug 1947 - Lincoln Co., Tennessee. Her obituary follows:
SEARS, Nadine (nee Sandlin). On Friday, June 8, 2007, passed away peacefully at Manoir Pierrefonds at the age of eighty-six. She leaves to mourn her daughter Pamela (Robert Ludolph) and son Bill (Sherry). She will be greatly missed by her grandchildren Samantha, Kimberly and Nicholas. A private service will be held for the family. Many thanks to the staff at the Manoir Pierrefonds and to the ladies who cared so very much for her.
