Funeral services were Sunday, January 2, 2000 at 2 p.m. in the Stringer and Griffin Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Gardner Cemetery near Warren. Officiating at the services was Reverend Wiley T. Parker.
Serving as pallbearers were Larry Ray Baisdon, Travis Aaron Baisdon, David R. Baisdon, Dwayne A. Poe, Christopher Proelochs, Eric F. Proellochs, and James Keith Williams.
Visitation was held Saturday, January 1, 2000 from 4:30 - 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mrs. Nolen was born November 30, 1903 in Woodville, Texas. She was a lifelong resident of Warren.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Emmit Fletcher Nolen in 1976.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in- law, Emmit Earl and Delores Nolen of Woodville; daughters and sons-in-law, Verna Lou Allison of Warren, Miladeen and James Baisdon, Alyce Fay Poe and Ola Vee and Arnold Proellochs, all of Beaumont; sister, Lurlee Stackpole of Warren; fourteen grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren.
Services were under the direction of Stringer and Griffin Funeral Home of Woodville.
