Carl Iwohn, a resident of Jansen community for over 50 years passed away Monday July 5, 1943 at his home in Jansen, Nebr. at age of 72 years 11 months 4 days. He is survived by two brothers August and Fred Iwohn both of Clatonia and several nephews.
Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at Traums funeral home Wednesday afternoon with Rev. J. LaVerne, pastor of the Methodist church, officiating. Burial was in Fairbury cemetery.
