Auda Jr. Bolden, age 75 of David, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, August 29, 2021 at Highlands ARH Regional Medical Center, Prestonsburg, Kentucky. He was born May 8, 1946 in Pike County, Kentucky to the late Auda Sr. & Ada Justice Bolden. He was the husband of Veronica Bolden. He was a retired coal miner and a member of Brushy Fork Pentecostal Church of God, Gunlock, Kentucky. Along with his wife he is survived by his Children: Calvin Waddles of Topmost, Kentucky, Steven Ousley of David, Kentucky, Johanda Bolden of Pike County, Kentucky, Mary Ann Waddles of Garrett, Kentucky, Samantha Blair of Prestonsburg, Kentucky & Kimberly Ann Hopkins of Knott County, Kentucky; Brothers & Sisters: Donald Paul Bolden of Robinson Creek, Kentucky, Delmar Ray Bolden of Robinson Creek, Kentucky, Patty Maynard of Robinson Creek, Kentucky, Josephine Harris of Robinson Creek, Kentucky, Audrey Lathrop of Chicago, Lottie Slone of Ohio & Geneva Coleman of Pikeville, Kentucky; 10 Grandchildren & A Host of Great Grandchildren. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his Sons: Auda Christopher Bolden & Doyal Waddles; Brothers & Sisters: Dempsey Bolden, Roger Bolden, Augustin Bryant, Loretta Adkins & Juanita Adkins. He will be missed by all that knew and loved him.
Visitation will begin Thursday, September 2, 2021 at 6pm at the funeral home and will continue all day Friday, September 3, 2021
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, September 4, 2021 at 1pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky with Mike Lowe & Gary Young officiating
Burial will follow at Bolden Cemetery, Little Robinson Creek, Virgie, Kentucky
Visitation will begin Thursday, September 2, 2021 at 6pm at the funeral home and will continue all day Friday, September 3, 2021
