Anne C. Heims, 95, of Monon, IN, passed away on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at IU Health North Hospital in Indianapolis, IN.

She was born on December 18, 1925 in Thornton, IL to the late George and Amanda (Simotavich) Bozich. On November 8, 1947, she married Hillis Fern Heims at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Reynolds, IN. He preceded her in death on July 28, 2012.

Anne was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Reynolds, where she taught Catechism Classes for 17 years. Her family owned Monon Crushed Stone Company, where she served as vice-president. Anne enjoyed playing BINGO and going to garage sales.

Surviving are two daughters; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.

She was also preceded in death by seven siblings - Mary Mrzlack, Katie Leader, Eva Garry, Josephine Cyprys, Jack Bozich, George Bozich Jr and Nick Bozich.

Private graveside services will be in Bedford Cemetery with Fr. Alejandro Paternoster officiating.
