Otto, Debra Lea, of Cedar Hill, Missouri was born May 11, 1949, in St. Louis, Missouri, to William and Jaqueline (nee Good) Aylward, and entered into rest, Thursday, September 16, 2021, at her residence in Cedar Hill, Missouri, at the age of 72 years, 4 months and 5 days.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Marley Otto, her parents and two siblings, Donna Allgaier and Scott Wotring.

She is survived by,

three (3) children, Deanne (Bryan) Click of Cedar Hill, Missouri, Diane (Allen) McAteer of Cedar Hill, Missouri and Denise (Jackie) Otto of Lake St. Louis, Missouri,

four (4) grandchildren, Kristen (Quinn) Martin, Joshua Click, Allen Michael McAteer and Emily McAteer,

three (3) great grandchildren, Easton Martin, Ryker Martin and one on the way, Emerie Jaqueline Martin,

seven (7) siblings, Gwendolyn "Penny" Alder, Vickie (Larry) Kamp, Becky (the late Jim) Cox, Robin (Frank) Pickering, Sandy Cogle, Jim Wotring and Charlene (the late Rick) Stratmann,

she was a loving sister-in-law, aunt and friend to many.

Debra was a loving and caring mom, grandma and great grandma. Her biggest joy in life was her family. She was a devout Christian who always put family and God first. She will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 21, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. until time of service at 12:00 noon at CHAPEL HILL MORTUARY, 6300 Highway 30, Cedar Hill, Missouri. Interment at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to the American Lung Association, 1118 Hampton Ave., St. Louis, MO 63139.
