Joan (Ford) Tuttle, 89, of Antrim, died Saturday (Oct. 2, 2021) at Countryview Assisted Living.

Mrs Tuttle was born January 21, 1932 in Cambridge, along with her triplet sisters, was a daughter of the late Raymond and Helen (Smith) Ford. She was a graduate of Cambridge High School.

She was a lifelong homemaker and enjoyed working on puzzle books. She and her husband Glenn held church services at local nursing homes for many years. Mrs. Tuttle was a member of Winterset United Methodist Church and the Ladies Auxiliary of Gideons International.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, the late Glenn Tuttle, whom she married June 8, 1950, and who died Jan 25, 2021; a brother, Donald Ford; and three sisters, June Sherman, Jane Collart and Mary Hayes.

She is survived by two sons, William Eugene (Carole) Tuttle of Cambridge and James Richard (Becky) Tuttle of Canal Winchester, grandchildren Nathan (Trudy) Tuttle of New Concord, Emily (Ryan) Hoverman of Tiburon, CA., Nicholas (fiancé Shae Schannault) Tuttle of Columbus, Joseph (Crystal) Tuttle of Ashville, Brett (Katy) Tuttle of Bexley, great-grandchildren Gavin, Brody, Marissa, Benjamin, Brookelyn, Gabryell, Caleb, Dominic, Ellie, William, and Rosalie Tuttle, Andrew and John Hoverman.; a brother, William (Gloria) Ford of Tennessee; one sister, Pat (Harry) Nickols of New Concord; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Private services will be held with burial to follow in Antrim Presbyterian Cemetery.
