Ida Marie Spooner, age 87, of Alma and formerly of Farwell died on Tuesday, November 19, 2002 at the Masonic Pathways Living Center in Alma.

Ida was born on June 19, 1915 in Farwell the daughter of Roy and Leora (Blakley) Coffell. She was united in marriage to Howard Spooner. He preceded her in death on February 6, 1991.

Ida is survived by her children Howard R. and Regina of Brighton, Kenneth L. and Beverly of Laingsburg and Gary L. and Carol of Hold; nine grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren; sisters and brothers Lilas of Lansing, Lola and Luke of Florida, Bonnie and Owen of Muskegon, Bernard of Weidman and Audrey of Farwell; and many other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, brothers Gaylord, Gerald and Carl, and sister Norma.

Services will be held on Friday, November 22nd from the Coker Funeral Home of Farwell with burial in the Surrey Township Cemetery.
