She was the wife of the late Norman T. Brong. Born in Albrightsville, she was a daughter of the late Clyde and Anna (Knappenberger) Kibler. Edna loved knitting and was always making prayer shawls.
She is survived by two sons, Tim and Jeff Brong, both in Texas.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, November 6 at 2:00 PM from St. John's Lutheran Church in Effort with Rev. Manuel Stivers officiating. Interment will follow in Hillside Cemetery, Effort.
