Arlene Ruth Smith, of Barberton, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, June 18, 2003. She was 90 years of age.
Born on March 26, 1913 in Millersburg, Ohio, to Perry Jacob and Lydia Frances Baughman Engel. A life resident of Barberton, Mrs. Smith had worked for Rockwell International and was a member of the Barberton Senior Center.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles; four sisters, Helen, Loa, Mary and Faye. Survivors include her son, Charles; daughter, Charlene; plus four grandchildren; one niece and a nephew.
Funeral in Campfield-Hickman-Collier Funeral Home on Saturday at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park in Akron.
