Loa M. Kovall, 80, of 423 Phlox Place, Barberton, passed away on Wednesday, January 26, 1983 in Barberton Citizens Hospital.
Born in Millersburg, Ohio on March 15, 1902, a daughter of Perry and Lydia Baughman Engel, she had been a resident of Barberton for 62 years. She was married to George Edward Kovall, who survives her, on August 17, 1941 in Summit County, Ohio.
Along with her husband, she is survived by her daughter, Mrs. Joseph (Norma) M. Schutz of Amherst, NY; plus two grandchildren and a sister, Arlene Smith of Barberton.
Services in Mills-Cox Funeral Home on Saturday at 2 p.m. with burial in Greenlawn Memorial Park, Akron.
