Jacqueline "Jackie" Holloway Bailes, loving wife, mother, grandmother and dedicated community volunteer to family causes died August 8, 2021 at her home in Bay Hill. She was 90. Jackie lived with a joy of life and an encouraging spirit to everyone around her. From the smallest of her 14 great grandchildren to corporate executives she recruited to support non-profit organizations, she inspired togetherness and a commitment to making people's lives better. Daughter to ABC Fine Wine & Spirits founder Jack Holloway, Jackie became a driving force behind the establishment and growth of UCP of Central Florida, donating and raising money over several decades to build multiple school campuses that serve thousands of children with special needs each year, including the UCP Bailes Campus at UCF. Also known for her avid angler skills and as the "queen of southern cooking," Jackie lived as a servant leader in the community, both as a vocal advocate for children with disabilities and the working uninsured . She volunteered her time and energy to Shepherd's Hope and St. Luke's United Methodist Church as well. She is survived by her husband Charles Elmore Bailes Jr., sons Charles (Kim) Bailes, Jess (Betsey) Bailes, daughters Janet (Roger) Larue and Cindy Bailes, and brother John W. (Diana) Holloway; along with 11 grandchildren Chris (Konni) Larue, David (Tina) Larue, Marie (JD) Robertson, Courtney (Chris) Quarles, Ashley (Sean) Kelly, Charlie (Leigh Ann) Bailes, Alex Timmerman, McClaine Timmerman, Luke Denny, Jesse Bailes, Jacob Bailes and 14 great grandchildren.
