Mouzon Vestal, 85, of Strong, AR passed away Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at the Medical Center of South Arkansas in El Dorado.
Mouzon was born June 15, 1936 in Strong, AR to the union of Eldred L Vestal and Alma Ernestine "Teen" Hendrix Vestal.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and a sister, Margaret "Joan" Eakin.
Mouzon retired from Georgia Pacific in Crossett and was a member of the Union Methodist Protestant Church in Strong.
He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Tip Sorrells Vestal, one daughter, Susie Hicks and husband Charlie, one son, Johnny Vestal, one granddaughter, Melissa Boykin and husband Shaye, one grandson, John Mark Vestal, and one great grandson, Gray Boykin, one nephew, Randy Eakin and one Niece LeaAnn Mathews and husband Gary.
Visitation will be 1:00 p.m. until funeral services at 2:00 p.m. Monday, November 22, 2021 at the Union Methodist Protestant Church with Bro. Donald Ray Smith and Bro. Robert Burns officiating. Interment will be in the Teel Cemetery under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home of El Dorado, AR.
