Frieda Meierhenry
NORFOLK - Services for Frieda Meierhenry, 97, of Norfolk will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Peace United Church of Christ near Norfolk with burial in Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be 3-6 p.m. Friday at Howser-Fillmer Mortuary.
She died Wednesday, Dec. 12, 2007, at Heritage of Bel Air Nursing Home.

She was born Aug. 17, 1910, to Jacob and Elizabeth (Wagner) Miller in Hillrose, Colo. She attended rural school in Pierce and Wayne County.
She married Edwin Meierhenry Sept. 2, 1930, in Lincoln.They farmed for 40 years on their farm east of Hoskins. They moved to Hoskins in 1970.
She belong to the Ladies Aid of the Evangelical Church of Hoskins and the Peace United Church of Christ, the Wayne Extension Club, Hoskins Garden Club. She enjoyed working with ceramics, crocheting and her flower garden.
She is survived by two daughters and their husbands, Arlene and Clifford Bossard of Tilden, Jeannette and Gene Koehn of Wichita, Kan.; 11 grandchildren and many great- and great-great-grandchildren; sisters Ruth Carstens of Norfolk, Dora Ahlmann of Norfolk, Lora Curtis of Norfolk; sister-in-law Betty Miller of Norfolk.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Edwin, who died March 17, 1977, a son Donald, a daughter-in-law, granddaughter, infant grandson, infant great-granddaughter, three brothers and three sisters.
Pastor Olin Belt will officiate.
