Son of Benjamin Stelle, Jr. and Ruth Sharp (Stelle) (Dunham).

Isaac married to Margaret Manning abt. 1787, and parents of at least 5 sons; John Stelle 1790–1838, Benjamin Stelle 1793–1863, Randolph M. Stelle 1795–?, Samuel Stelle 1797–1882, and Manning Stelle 1801-1889.

Isaac Stelle will filed on June 22, 1802 in Piscataway, Middlesex County. Administrators: Samuel Randolph and John Manning. Fellow bondsman: Daniel F. Randolph and Samuel Carlile, all of said County. Lib 40, pg. 92. June 28, Inventory made by Daniel F. Randolph and James Martin. Probate Date; 4 Aug 1802. Case Number 9942 L.
Among inventory legible (handwritten) included: Six hogs, cattle, grain, hay, timber, clock, furniture, sitting chair, crib, carpentry tools, wool, clothes and Books of Divinity, and a family of 4 slaves: Seafor, Rachel, boy: Ceat, and girl: Raschel.

Isaac was buried in Baptist Cemetery, Plainfield, Union, N.J. In 1903, The Seventh Day Baptist Cemetery was relocated from neighboring Plainfield Hillside cemetery to Baptist Cemetery, in Samptown. (Source Family Search).
