Charlotte Jane (Watson) Summers, 77, formerly of Louisville passed away Monday, December 20, 2021 at the home of her daughter. Charlotte was born May 6, 1944 here in Louisville to her late parents, Charles and Betty Ella (Martin) Watson.

She is also preceded in death by her late husband Jimmie Lee Summers; a brother, Donald Watson and a granddaughter, Charlotte Hoskins.

She had retired from Jefferson County school system and attended Whitley City Church of God.

Survivors include her children, Frank Hoskins (Christine), Kevin Hoskins, Wes Hoskins (Ruby), Stacey Berg (Eugene) and Katie Stephens (Daniel); a brother, Gary Watson (Jan); 7 grandchildren, Frankie Hoskins (Allison), Holly Casey (Taylor), Heather Vincent (Brent), Roger Hoskins, Kelly Mercer, Jessica Chapman (Sean) and Candace Berg; niece , Amy Watson and nephew, Brad Watson; best friend, Janie McGraw.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at the Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Hwy. with burial in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be held also on Tuesday after 10:00 A.M.
