Elizabeth Baumbach, 91, of 532 E. Tokay St., died Friday afternoon in a local hospital after an extended illness.
Born in Milton, S.D., she grew up there and was married in 1895. In 1902, the family moved to Lincoln Valley, N.D. where they farmed until coming to Lodi in 1934.
Mrs. Baumbach was a member of the Fairmont Seventh-day Adventist Church.
She is survived by three sons, C. C. Baumbach and Harold Baumbach of Lodi an Elmer Baumbach of Escalon; two daughters, Mrs. Mary Eiseman and Mrs. Irene Gruszie of Lodi; one brother, David Reiswig of Lodi; one sister, Mrs. Lottie Tebelius of Harvey, N. D.; 2 grandchildren, 40 great grandchildren and seven great great grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements are pending at the Lodi Funeral Home.
