Elia Landin Swearingen passed away December 18, 2021 at the age of 82.
Elia is survived by her sons, Ricky Lynn Swearingen and James Dean Swearingen, her daughter, Debra Ann Swearingen, along with her granddaughter, Kimberly Hernandez who grew up by Elia's side.
Elia also had some special sons she raised, David D. Landin, Arthur J. Landin, Candelario D. Landin and Roberto Landin. She also had numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Elia was preceded in death by her sons, John Swearingen and William L. Swearingen, her parents, Candelario H. Landin and Julia M. Landin, and her brothers, Roman Landin, Lionel M. Landin, Candelario M. Landin and Armando M. Landin, and her sister, Angelina Landin.
Funeral services were held December 23, 2021 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church. Interment followed at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Ozona. Arrangements by Kerbow Funeral Home.
Pallbearers were: Jimmy Swearingen, James Swearingen, David Landin, David Landin Jr., Armando Landin Jr., Jon Hernandez and Jonathan Hernandez Jr.
