Rosemary Ann Miller, age 73, a Manitowoc resident, passed away Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at her home surrounded by her loving family.

She was born July 11, 1948 in Manitowoc, daughter of the late Michael N. and Thelma A. (Radey) Rosemary Ann Miller, age 73, a Manitowoc resident, passed away Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at her home surrounded by her loving family.

She was born July 11, 1948 in Manitowoc, daughter of the late Michael N. and Thelma A. (Radey) Augustine. Rosemary attended Lincoln High School, graduating with the class of 1966. On October 29, 1966 she married Richard P. Miller at St. Boniface Catholic Church, Manitowoc. Rosemary was employed at Parklawn Nursing Home, Rivers Bend Health and Rehab, and then Manitowoc Health and Rehabilitation Center until her retirement. She was a great cook and enjoyed cooking and baking for anyone and everyone. She also loved going to the cottage in Beecher especially in fall. Rosemary also enjoyed going to rummage sales and making her own greeting cards. Above all, she was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister who always put her family first.

Rosemary is survived by her husband of 55 years: Richard P. Miller; three sons: Michael (Jenny) Miller, Manitowoc, Scott (Sandy) Miller, Manitowoc, and Patrick Miller, Milwaukee; five grandsons: Daniel (Christy) Miller, Manitowoc, Dallas (Nya) Miller, Maryland, Jordan Rank (fiancée Amanda), Muskego, Shawn Miller, Manitowoc, and Jack Scharenbach, Manitowoc; four granddaughters: Danielle (Bryan) Duffy, Eau Claire, Lea Miller, Manitowoc, Ashley (Singin) Weina, Manitowoc, and Alyssa Miller, Manitowoc; six great-grandchildren: Natalie Miller, Manitowoc, Owen Miller, Manitowoc, Penelope "Penny" Rank, Muskego, Keegan Duffy, Eau Claire, Anna Duffy, Eau Claire, Alois Weina, Manitowoc; two step-great granddaughters: Isiss Weina and Izzy Weina, both of Manitowoc; four sisters and one brother-in-law: Joanne Herman, Manitowoc, Shirley Kopatz, Green Bay, Susan Augustine, Manitowoc, and Linda (Jeff) Mott, Green Bay; two brothers and one sister-in-law: Gerald (Patricia) Augustine, and Timothy Augustine, all of Manitowoc; step father-in-law: Eugene Sittman, Manitowoc; and two Godsons: Jason Miller, Manitowoc, and Brian Herman, San Francisco, CA. Nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive.

She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers and two sisters-in-law: Gregory Augustine, Michael (Kay) Augustine, and Dale (Connie) Augustine; one brother-in-law: Eugene Kopatz; mother-in-law: Esther Sittman; and two nephews: Gary Kopatz and Steven Augustine.

Cremation has occurred at the All-Care Cremation Center, Manitowoc, and a memorial service will be held at 12:00 p.m. Noon on Sunday, January 9, 2022 at Pfeffer Funeral Home, 928 South 14th Street, Manitowoc. Officiating at the service will be Deacon Alan Boeldt. Rosemary will be laid to rest at Calvary Catholic Cemetery, Manitowoc, at a later date.

The family will greet relatives and friends from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. Noon on Sunday, January 9, 2022 at Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Rosemary's name to the Lakeshore Human Society or the Salvation Army.
