Margaret Waters Willoughby, 97, passed through the gates of Heaven on Sunday, December 26, 2021. Margaret was born in Wayne County, North Carolina to the late Marvin E. Waters, Sr. and Flossie Aldridge Waters on July 31, 1924. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Mirt Wilson Willoughby, Sr.; son, Mirt Wilson "Butch" Willoughby, Jr.; and brothers, Kenneth Waters and Marvin Waters, Jr.
