Katie Seidel, the three-year-old daughter of Patrolman Frank N. Seidel, of the eastern police district, died last night at her home, 1816 East Lombard street from the effect of burns. On Monday, while playing around a bonfire in the yard of her home, her clothing caught fire and she was fatally burned.
