Swedish educator. He was active at Lund University as well as Upsala University. Studying law at both colleges, he became a Doctor of Law in 1965 on a theses about social services' handling of asocial youth, and became a professor of Public Law in 1977. He wrote a number of books on legal matters and was also a government adviser on such topics. He tried to help Prince Sigvard Bernadotte in the well-known 1980s dispute with the royal court about the latter's titles, and as late as 2017 issued a statement published in the Swedish version of "Princes and Princess Bernadotte in Luxembourg's Nobility" (2017) certifying that new documentation from Luxembourg proved Sigvard Bernadotte right.
