He was an Argentine-Mexican singer and songwriter, husband of fellow singer Amanda Miguel and father of artist Ana Victoria, he is recognized for his performances of soft and romantic ballads. As a composer, Diego wrote more than 50 popular classics of music in Spanish and produced more than 20 albums. He sold more than 20 million records in Latin America, for which he was awarded more than 20 Gold Records and was nominated three times for the Latin Grammy.
