Arlene Andersen Adams, 85, passed away February 14, 2022, at her home in Idaho Falls, Idaho. She was born June 24, 1936, in Salt Lake City, Utah, the older daughter of Neils Daniel (Andy) Andersen and Lois Parduhn Andersen. Her family moved to Idaho Falls that year. She attended Riverside Elementary, O.E. Bell Junior High, and both the old and current Idaho Falls High Schools. She went on to college at Ricks College, and Brigham Young University. She married Conroy H. Adams on June 12, 1957, in the Idaho Falls Temple.

She taught in the Nebo School District in Utah, and Districts #91 and #93 in Idaho Falls. She also worked in Technical Publications for two Site contractors from 1981 until 1999.

She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in which she served as a teacher for most of her life. She loved the Gospel, people, and teaching. She enjoyed writing and spent many hours writing biographies of family members. She counted as friends the members of her graduating class and helped in organizing a class reunion every five years including the 60th in 2014.
