Gertrude Williams, age 69, of Grand Junction passed away Thursday, April 26, 2007, at Metropolitan Hospital, Grand Rapids.
The family will meet friends from 6 to 7 p.m. on Friday at Bangor Chapel, D.L. Miller Funeral Home, where services will be at 7 p.m., with the Rev. Harold Filbrandt officiating. According to her wishes, cremation will follow the service.

Gertrude was born Dec. 2, 1937 at McDougal, Ark., the daughter of Homer and Nellie Neely.
Surviving are four children, Harold Williams and Calvin D. Williams, both of Muskegon, Tammie Williams and Catherine Shepard, both of Grand Junction; 14 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; six brothers, Wallace, Theodour, Thomas, Pete, William and Jerry; four sisters, Floy, Maybell, Loretta and Lorene; and many nieces and nephews.
