Born on December 29, 1904 in Richmond, Indiana, she was the daughter of Charles & Lola (Marling) McKee. She attended Verona United Methodist Church and has been a resident at Marie Joseph in Dayton since November 1992. Preceded in death by first husband: Dewey Clegg in 1954; second husband: Walter Cox in 1970; Daughter: Betty Clegg and 1 grandson.
Survived by Daughters & Sons in law: Mary & Leonard Dake, Arcanum, OH; Merciede & Dale Trent, Florida; 13 Grandchildren, 9 Great Grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held Friday, October 24, 1997 - 2:00 p.m. at Barnes Funeral Home - 411 North Commerce St. - Lewisburg, Ohio with Rev. William Schilling officiating. Interment will be held in Roselawn Cemetery in Lewisburg. Family will receive friends on Friday from 1 - 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
