Mrs. Anna Shelby died at her home, 942 East 43rd street, last Thursday following a brief illness, and the death of her husband, Horace Shelby, one week before. She had lived in Los Angeles for 31 years.
The last rites were held in the church chapel of the Angelus Funeral Home Monday afternoon with Bishop William A. Washington in charge, and interment in Lincoln Memorial Park.
