He married Elsie Sybil Waterworth (1898-1981) on 04 Sep 1918 • Rock Island, Illinois. They had 3 children:
1) Ernest Raymond Agy= (1919-2018)
2)Genette Elizabeth= (1922-have birth cert but not death date)
3) Martha "Jean" Bell= (1924- 2017)

They must have divorced sometime as Elsie married Elam "Bernard" Roberts and had a daughter in 1930.
Otto married Pauline Sloan Jackson (her husband died) in 1938 and must have had 2 more sons.

Otto died at 80 years old on 6 Sep 1974 • at the Mercy Hospital., Davenport, Scott, Iowa.
Survivors were Jean Bell, 3 sons.
