Funeral services were Monday for Amiel P. Amin Sr., 87, of Madison, who died Friday, April 26, 2002, at Norton Hospital in Louisville.
He was born in Louisville, Ky.
He was a retired employee of the Haymarket. He was a member of St. Michael's Orthodox Church.
Surviving are his wife, Phamy McCullom Amin; two daughters, Gloria Casey and Paula Cormany; two sons, Amiel P. Amin Jr. and Phillip R. Amin; two sisters, Victory Bisig and Nellie Spray; 18 grandchildren; and 31 great-grandchildren.
Services were at 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Michael's.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the memorial fund at the church.
