HEAD Peacefully at his home on Wednesday 9th March, Alan of Penruddock, Penrith. Aged 89 years. Dearly loved husband of the late Mavis, much loved dad of Norman, Maurice, Alan and Karen, devoted grandar of Jordon and Emma and a good friend to many. Funeral Service and interment at St. Andrews Church, Greystoke on Friday 18th March at 2.30pm. Family flowers only, but if desired donations in memory of Alan for Caldbeck Surgery Charitable Fund ( Please make cheques payable to the charity ) may be left at the service or can be sent c/o Walkers Funeral Directors, Tynefield House, Penrith, CA11 8HY.
